LIMITED EDITION FINE ART PRINTS

LIMITED EDITIONS AND HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS

In the field of fine arts it is of the utmost importance to know how to enhance your shots with high quality and resistant materials.

The fine art paper used is of a museum nature and gives a much higher quality and resistance than normal common photographic papers, undoubtedly representing an added value to photography.

The choice of paper, for my kind of works, represents a key element just as important as the shooting technique or the meticulous post-production.

The peculiar aspect of this kind of paper, in combination with a very personal editing style, is that, according to different environment light, the color rendering of the image changes, giving  the photograph  a soul of its own.

The choice of frame is well pondered, aimed at merging with the picture. In this case, an aluminum frame with wood-like texture in matt black perfectly matches the type of paper and the darkness of the photograph, as well as conferring considerable resistance and elegance at the same time.

COSA MI RENDE DIFFERENTE ?

WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT?

Nowadays there are numerous photographers passionate about this genre.

We all see millions of images on instagram, the problem is that many, as long as they are seen small, do not seem to have particular defects.

But will those enlarged photos to be printed on paper, often in large format, have the same appeal? Will the details in the strongest lights and shadows be visible or will they be patches of black and white without information? What about sharpness?

Although the immortalized subjects may be fascinating, many do not care about the technical aspect, both in shooting and editing, focusing only on the sensationalist aspect of the subject or the emotional aspect.

But when you have to relate to the world of printing and the world of collecting, which is very demanding, you have to know how to transpose a digital element into a material product where the care of the physical product is as fundamental an element as the care in the shot.

My way of photographing, editing and printing photos is aimed at presenting a finished product taken care of in all respects… with the addition of a recognizable style and a well-defined artist statement.

And an aesthetically impactful product, in fine art style, suitable to be exhibited as an artistic object of furniture.

SPEDIZIONI / SHIPPING

There are two shipping methods.

The classical one previews that print is sent ready to hang, the photo is already climbed on on rigid dibond in aluminum and framed.

This is the preferable option when I can hand over the canvas in person or the customer has a way to transport the work himself.

The second method involves sending the print rolled up in a shipping tube, the photo must be framed later by the customer. I will provide all the details about the frame brand that I usually use that best suits my prints even if, obviously, the customer can mount a support to his liking. The assembly on dibond and framing are operations to be entrusted absolutely to a professional printer/ framer in order not to ruin the print.

Precisely for this reason I do not take responsibility for operations after the print arrival.

The second type of shipping is the one normally used on art marketplaces online for two main reasons:

1- In cases of very large prints like mine, it allows to save enormously because it is reduced both the volume and the weight. In addition, any costs should be added in wooden crates and packaging that would prevent the work from being damaged.

2- There is a greater risk that a work may be damaged in the journey.
